
Fidel HIEN
Fidel HIEN, Managing Partner. Is An engineer in Rural Development and Expert in Agriculture and Environmental Science (PhD). He began his career in the Water and Forestry Administration Department, then joined Agricultural and Environmental Research where he worked as a Senior Researcher. Before embarking on a political career that led him successively to the Government of Burkina Faso as Minister of Environment and Water and then to Parliament. He then participated, as Director of Environmental and Social Assessments of MCA-BF, in the implementation of the Compact of Burkina Faso on funding from the United States Government. F. HIEN has been consulting for 32 years and runs an environmental and sustainable development firm in Burkina Faso. He is also an investor in the field of hotels and tourism.

Antoine PODA
Mr Antoine PODA is a former General of Police of the National Police of Burkina Faso. He worked in the field of internal security for 35 years and held increasingly important responsibilities at the Ministry of Security of Burkina Faso. He has a long experience in security matters.
He was a consultant in Security (Evaluation/Training), expert in the development and implementation of strategic plans for the prevention of insecurity and the fight against crime.
An expert/Security Sector Reform Advisor and trainer at the United Nations Peacekeeping Missions in Burundi from 2009 to 2010 and in the Democratic Republic of Congo from 2014 to 2017.
An Expert consultant in security assessment: identification, analysis, and assessment of potential risks and/or threats, design and development of a procedures manual and security plan for the benefit of the Canadian Federation of Municipalities (FCM) in 2018.
An Individual member consultant expert in countering violent extremism (CVE) in 2018 to a team of experts to assess the viability of establishing partnerships with the local and international private sector to catalyze job creation and investment in Burkina Faso and Niger for the benefit of the USAID/West Africa ASSESS (Analytical Support and Evaluation Service for Sustainable Systems) project.
